Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may increase during high-volume periods
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Exotides is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
  • Orders are not eligible for refunds

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Exotides is not liable for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Packages left unattended
  • Delivery to incorrect locations by the carrier

If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing shipment details if needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging materials

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

Delays

Exotides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect address information
  • Events beyond our control

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Orders will not be refunded for refused or abandoned shipments.
