All sales are final.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict quality control standards, Exotides does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

Why we do not accept returns

  • Products are research materials that must remain uncontaminated
  • Storage conditions cannot be verified after delivery
  • Safety and integrity cannot be guaranteed once items leave our facility
  • This protects all customers from compromised products

Order accuracy

You are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct shipping address
  • Selecting the correct items and quantities
  • Reviewing your order before checkout

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after processing.

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Exotides is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing shipping details if needed.

Damaged items during shipping

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and contents immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of assistance.

Incorrect items

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will review and provide a resolution at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent refusal of future service.
