Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped only after account qualification review and payment authorization. First orders require adult signature confirmation by an individual age 21 or older upon delivery. Exotides may delay, refuse, cancel, or hold any shipment for additional verification where the purchaser, end use, billing address, shipping address, or recipient appears associated with prohibited channels, including pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT clinics, gyms, dormitories, or other non-qualified destinations. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for lawful receipt, handling, storage, and use of all products after delivery.

Order Review and Shipment Release

All orders are subject to manual compliance review before shipment. Exotides may place orders on hold, request additional qualification information, cancel orders, or refuse shipment where account information, delivery destination, end-use indicators, or transaction characteristics suggest prohibited use, unauthorized redistribution, fraud, or elevated chargeback risk.

Adult Signature Requirement

First orders require adult signature confirmation by a recipient age 21 or older at delivery. Exotides may require adult signature confirmation on any subsequent order in its discretion.

Shipping Eligibility

Shipment is available only to approved purchasers whose accounts remain in good standing and whose orders pass compliance screening. Exotides does not ship orders intended for pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT clinics, gyms, dormitories, or other prohibited end-use channels.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Processing

Standard shipping is $9.99. Expedited shipping is $19.99. Approved orders typically ship from our facility within 1–3 business days after compliance review. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying order subtotals.

Carrier and Tracking

Shipments are dispatched via USPS or UPS depending on destination and service level. Tracking information is emailed to the account holder once a shipping label is generated.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon tender to the carrier. Lost or damaged shipments should be reported to support@exotides.shop within 7 days of expected delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable. We ship to addresses within the United States only.
